Our Mission

Our mission from the beginning has been to transform the solar industry by making solar available to all commercial, industrial, agricultural and non-profit property owners.  Energy savings should not just be for the cash rich and those wanting to own and operate their systems. In the process, we figured out how to finance virtually any energy improvement, storage and water conservation project under the same financial umbrella.

We believe in the following principles to transform the industry:

Be a Best in Class Partner

We are not developers.  We are financiers with renewable energy DNA.  At the same time, our clients deserve to work with only the best to have projects that are completed with maximum savings, on time and on budget.  For our developer partners, we help widen their purchase funnel to get more quality deals with a broader portfolio of financing options.

Make it Easy

Getting all the steps necessary to get a solar/energy savings project completed can be time-consuming. We are continuously innovating the entire project sequence from initial inquiry through project completion.

Be Encompassing

Finance more than solar systems off-balance sheet…cover all energy improvements and water conservation projects in one simple financing package so property owners can stay focused on their core business.

World Class Team

Our team consists of passionate and experienced leaders from all aspects of solar, finance, real estate development, and other energy-related businesses.  We create an environment where everyone thrives knowing they are appreciated and part of a much bigger mission to serve clients, partners and the planet.
